Guidlines

Work is easy when you have all tools around you!
  1. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Please drop the fee in the fee drop box. If writing a check please write your child's name on the check. If paying in cash please put it in an envelope with your child's name on it. All checks are payable to Sur Sumiran or Darshana Zaveri.

  2. Please make a note that only 1 make-up class per month will be provided if the class/classes was/were missed by the student. The make-up will be provided during the same month and will not carry over to the next month. If a class has been cancelled by the teacher, than a make-up will be provided.

  3. The studio does not have a waiting room but you can wait in the front parking lot. Parents are strictly not allowed to wait in the Studio while classes are going on. If you have any questions please send an email. Please do not park/wait in the FIRE lane.

  4. Please be prompt in dropping and picking your child ON TIME.

  5. All students who want to take the Gandharva Mandal certificate exam in November/December need to fill out the exam form in June. The school typically receive the forms in early June.

  6. The exam dates are finalized only by the end of October. Please remember that the school has no control on when the exams are scheduled and which dates get selected. This decision is made by the Gandharva Mandal.
